UNLESS REQUIRED BY LAW OR LEGAL PROCESS, WE WILL NOT DISCLOSE ANY PUBLIC OR NONPUBLIC PERSONAL INFORMATION ABOUT YOU TO ANY AFFILIATE OR NONAFFILIATED THIRD PARTY (A) FOR OUR MARKETING PURPOSES; (B) FOR MARKETING BY OUR AFFILIATES OR NONAFFILIATED THIRD PARTIES; (C) FOR JOINT MARKETING WITH OTHER FINANCIAL COMPANIES; OR (D) FOR ANY OTHER PURPOSE WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT.
We restrict access to public and nonpublic personal information about you to those employees of Centurion Land Title and Centurion Land Title’s title insurance underwriters who need to know that information in order to provide title insurance products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard the public and nonpublic personal information in our possession.
